We’re doing a bit more of it recently, we have a tester who helps out with XC gear (he shreds DH and Enduro too, as a side note). He’s not full time though so it’s a question of what we can get too. With increasing downcountry/XC/trail overlap it’s a relevant space for sure.

EXTis an Italian suspension company with roots in automotive racing. Nope, actually took a link out because there was still some play. Shifts/rides/compresses as intended. Frame size is a medium, allegedly you can even run a single chain WITH the original guide on a Small frame.

No issues, you only need to use 1 chain with this guide. The e13 guide “pinches” too much and requires more than 126 links in most scenarios. *edit* And the only friction/noise heard is from the idler pulley but there are aftermarket options to resolve that. The noise is only noticeable on the stand in the absence of other noises.
