Equally as stiff but they damper those small vibrations better than normal wheels.

How do you find the pi-rope wheels? Any difference in stiffness (good or bad) compared to steel spokes?

Nice one - thanks for the reply. Thinking of changing to a db inline myself (Currently got Rock shock monarch e.i. on a Lapierre spicy); how have you found it?

very nice! What types of sus design would you say benefit from the needle bearings, I'd imagine it would be ones with lots of rotation where the shock mounts to the linkage e.g. vpp? and did you slacken or steepen the HA, and by how much? Cheers!
