Proper bike fit is super important for cross country racing, so I'd like a race bike that's super hard to make reach/stack adjustments on. If it's hard to perform basic maintenance too, that's a bonus.

Im a big guy and had a previous set. Blew up the rear. Replacement kept breaking spokes and would get a sketchy twang on every ride. Moved to reserves and solid as a rock for 2 yrs. Just my 2 cents.

I just hope they revamped the pivot in the downtube and it no longer clamps directly onto carbon. Any play and that carbon compresses. At least mine did.

frame and shock is 7.8 lbs for a large. The weights unfortunately about the same as the wreckoning. Fanatik is great about listing weights

sorry but disagree. The seat angle does need to be updated, yes, but so does the pivot design. I had the main pivot constantly coming loose and the upper bolt is tightened directly onto the carbon. The carbon would compress and lead to play. This is a known problem that they have not fixed. But the colors are pretty.
