3/24/2019 2:16pm Wonder if the spring part of the shock is designed to take side loads while there is a separate damper just for dampening. Wasn’t Ohlins saying it was difficult to design a shock for mountain bikes because it’s structrual and a dampener? This could be an attempt to eliminate that

3/10/2019 8:47am To all you guys talking about self adjusting electronic suspension. What if it was set to adjust at a certain GPS coordinate? Basically set way points down a track and then program the suspension. It would only work for racing but it could be a large advantage.

I'll agree on the digging part and for towing kids. Kind of agree with the getting less fit people active, getting unfit people way the hell out in the woods is not good. And lobbying? I think that's most people's biggest concern is that other users view them as electric dirt bikes, which they are. Where I'm from if someone won't pedal to top their lobbying power isn't needed for mountain biking.

Really? Sure it gets you up the hill faster but there is no way it handles better going down hill. A lot of us don't mind the up hill part of riding. And if I want to shuttle or ride a chairlift I'll just do that.
