Still one of the best looking DH frames ever created, just a shame the rear end was so susceptible to cracking, I'd love to see a SC recreation with modern geometry. Also I miss those MRP guides! Rock solid reliable!

I tried most of the options for wheel sizes etc before settling on my current bike. I ended up sticking with 27.5. What I took away from it was, yes the 29 definitely felt a lot more controlled, planted and stable especially at speed, it also felt a bit more consistent, there was absolutely no denying it. That said, I'm...

Probably the best part of 20+ years they have been produced in various styles by many different manufacturers since mid 90's, earliest i can remember was possibly the rockshox Judy? or maybe one of the smaller manufacturers. Early 00's saw the introduction of upsidedown style dual crowns as well.

Danny is the one that sticks out to me, he looks like he's up to race run speed already, I mean every clip of him, he's flat out! I wonder if this could really be his year, with Greg out, his main competiotion will be Gwinny! Lets hope for fully inflated tyres all round, nothing worse than a flat to kill a good sunday afternoon.

Gotta be the King of the Fort, it'd be silly to count him out! I'll be shouting for him! I cant wait, I'll be making the annual pilgrimage! Only up for the Sunday this year unfortunately, left planning way too late this year.
Would i ride one? Abso-*******-lutely, I'd give that monstrosity a blast any day! Would i buy one? Not a ******* chance... I'm sure its a blast and all, but i'm completely content with my old 13 gambler and no desire to go any faster, the argument for going back up is moot, as its probably cheaper even in the long...

I'm quite picky with my builds, there are certain parts that i've just grown comfortable with in my years of riding. Without wanting to sound snobbish, i dont think i'd ever be "happy" with a store bought stock build. Theres two ways i go about it, more often than not i'll buy a "reasonable" spec full bike, than spend the...

I'm Steve and i like beer! 32 years old, from Dundee in Scotland, been riding properly for ~19-20 years. Currently in armed forces, but I think my dream would be to work as a wrench jockey on the world cup circuit, i'd give up everything to hop on a team bus and wrench away, genuinely wouldnt give two hoots about...
