SlalomSlayer Added a reply to 2023 TEAM RUMORS

"Trek has people who work there paying attention, and hopefully they have already picked up Gwendalyn Gibson" If this is true it may cause some tension within the team having too many fast cats competing against each other, all under the one tent. Let's face it, in a competitive sport, embracing other team mate's success can wear pretty thin after...

I can understand why Norco would shut down the downhill program, since it's invested so much and for so many years yet still hasn't won a men's UCI DH race. Best I think was 5th with Blenki 8 years ago? The XC team on the other hand had some good results on a bike design that 6+ years old.

If we look further to 2022, the first 3 rounds EWS starts in Tasmainia and New Zealand require 2 weeks hotel quaratine for all athletes, staff and photographers. Australia and NZ have a travel bubble meaning that you don't require quaratine between both countries, but that only depends on the covid stituation between (Aust) states. for example, a state with...

Look at it from this angle, here in Australia, Covid thankfully didn't really shit in our cornflakes like the rest of the world as far as financially and lives lost. But we cannot travel internationally. So you have a bunch of people, working from home, saving god knows how much by not commuting and going to Bali for the 8th time this year. They need to blow that disposable cash on something. Any toy, be it a Dirtbike, performance car, caravan/caper and especially Bicycles are getting snapped up for the most insane prices. Some of the Facebook buy/sell pages I'm...

One plus two equals three, that’s pretty much as simple as it gets. But when Troy lee Designs set out to create the heir to the popular A1 and A2 helmets, it wasn’t just a question of taking the best bits from the two predecessors and mixing them up, although as it turns out, that’s pretty much what the A3 is. This all-new half-shell helmet launches today, but we’ve had our sample out on the trails for a couple of months already so we’re ready to share our thoughts on it. OneUp pump - Well made from alloy works great. Stores the EDC tool inside or a CO2. OneUp EDC tool. Let down. Hyped up by Pro riders for its storage convenience but its Fiddly. Hard to operate with gloves. Goes back together only one way with too many small pieces to loose on the side of the trail. Not enough...

SlalomSlayer Added a comment about feature First Ride: Troy Lee Designs Spring 2019 Apparel

What is missing from most mtb clothing line up is AM/ trail pant. The sprint pant is good heavy duty purposes but I would like to see a Skyline pant. A bit of like hiking pants but with bike riding features like tapered legs, zippered pockets, air vents and reinforcement in the wear areas.

Taylor Vernon not tagging Unno and vice versa. No sponsors written in his Instagram title either. Unno left with an opening position? Or just running with Greg Williamson for next year?
