Patrice Afflatet owns AP Sports Com which has managed the "Scott Factory DH Team" for over 7 years. Traditionally it leaned towards a more French line up and staff which Dean Lucas found difficult being the token English speaker, however that was years ago and the team now has a more global roster. Don't disregard the affect that Bucko (Ben Walker one of the unsung heroes of the mtb world who is well overdue for a podcast interview) has on everything gravity for Scott.

Are you just making up these team breakdowns out of thin air? Specialized - French, Canadian, Danish, British. So... not super French? Norco - Canadian company, three Canadian riders, SA team manager, one Brit, one NZ and one Austrian jr. No Americans? How does that make them a South African and American team? lol Canyon - Australian x2, Canadian x2, French x1 (XC). Also not super French?

you should read the fine print: Not compatible with the following SRAM 11 speed road levers - Red 22, Force 22, Rival 22, Force 1, Force CX1, Apex 1, HRD, S700, Rival 1 and Maven.

both (forbidden edruid, velduro rogue) were built up the week before the test event. the power was there, don’t get me wrong, but the force needed to pull them was so much more than the intends, especially at the beginning of the stroke. hence the comparison with XTs to codes.

i wasn‘t impressed by the 2 models i rode on test bikes, compared to my intends to be honest. felt like grabbing codes when you are used to XTs.
