Isn't the point of the DW link patent that the line through the top link crosses the bottom link (between the bearings) at full stroke? Only one of the three DW link bikes in the video does that. Wouldn't that effectively invalidate the patent? Has it been amended?

1/16/2016 7:02am Any publication worth it's salt will not publish any confirmed, but still not public news. In some cases (IT industry) there are strict NDAs in place preventing that, but any gun jumping and publishing of rumors will probably blacklist that publication. Also publications dealing with rumors on a regular basis tend to be very yellow and click baitish.
