2/1/2015 1:17pm This is definitelly not a Demo, SPecialized has always used links rotating in the same direction (CW from the drive side), not a CCW upper link (like Nicolai, Lapierre and others for example do). I'd say it's a VPP bike, my first thought was the V10, but maybe it can be something new from Intense?

It's when the pedals get pulled back becasue you're locking the rear wheel (braking), while it going through the travel. The chain stretch causes the pedals to be pulled. It's a lot less noticeable when not blocking the rear wheel, since the wheel rotation can take up the slack.

1/16/2015 2:38am Bruni will be riding the 100% helmet i think, maybe his junior teammate as well, i sadly forgot his name... EDIT: there was a picture of a pair of 100% helmets, one of the Red Bull colored and i think it even had Bruni written on it. That's why i'm thinking about the Lapierre teammate.

The rear axle seems a bit low to me for a 29er,not enough be drop IMO.

ANd prolly ~120 mm (Arch EX wheels) if it's a 29er, maybe 140ish (or less) if it's 27"

I know there's an exchange rate in the mix and the frame is carbon, but 4 grand USD is a nice price for you for someone looking for a cheaper bike? Aluminium is not much worse than carbon is (if at all) and the lower price will give me a much better spec than witha carbon frame. And i'd ride much better with better suspension and wheels on an aluminium frame than going carbon.
