I guess since its 4 stages it is an enduro. But still N America failing to grasp the enduro part of racing. Sounded like super d stage race or super XC. What was the distance and vert drop per stage? Contrary to popular USA belief it does not have to be a mix between and endurance. Often stages in Europe will have zero uphill, maybe the odd pinch connector climb, to allow for long DH runs. Trails are often as tech or more tech than WC DH tracks. Enduro is getting a bit abused here.

i heard they thought sol vista nat champs xc course was too smooth. Id like to see them go down real courses. Most proper enduro tracks are just as steep and rough as any DH course. Some like Mt Hell even steeper.

do not mistake this for The Trans Enduro event from Grenoble to Torino 16-20 July put on by the Trans Provence organiser https://www.facebook.com/transenduroGT?ref=ts&fref=ts Either way lots of big mountain lift assisted enduro for the not so fit or more DH skewed isn't a bad thing.

Orchestrating Global Racing, Honda and Trek World Racing and being a manager agent for some riders is hardly a leech. Its called successful business practices. Agents do get a percentage but he gets young riders their worth (tens of thousands of dollars more than what they can get themselves) so they can just concentrate on racing and not contract negotiations. When you are good at what you do you will always have haters and make a few enemies along the way. How many World Champs have you been to GoreV?

Scot riders off pace? Noel on 650B 4th in his first year as a junior at World Champs. Florian in injury plagued season on 26" also 4th 1.6 seconds off the win.

You guys are rediculous. Plenty of riders flatted over the week. Claudio DID NOT flat. his tire rolled off on the wallride, just like Neethling. Unlike Neethling his tire was glued to the rim. Hence it rolled off properly. The G-Out was just too great for 1.8 bar. The fact that his rim was plenty strong for the rest of the track without tire is a good advertisement for 650B in my opinion. I deal in facts.

Dont blame UCI for lack of USA round Blame USA. Thats the reality folks. And blame Canadian Cycling for putting an end to the Whistler World Cup bid. The UCI are not the culprits in any of these two FACTS.
