Curious what Roskopp's big e-bike developement is that he sayed is possibly a few years away on the Pink podcast. Later in the interview he talks about hybrid cars & hydrogen powered cars. Is he talking about an ebike with a different power source to huge heavy lithium batteries?

My latest project has been to beef up a Canyon Spectral AL 29" for Alpine riding. I have a Wild Enduro Front Race Line, 1300g, Magi-X up front. Previously I ran standard Wild Enduro's, 1000-ish grams GUM-X up front with great success on rocks, roots, dry, wet and everything else. On the rear I have a Wild Enduro Rear Race...

Budget? I had the previous version of this which was a great bike. There's no doubt it's a superb handling bike. Here in Europe this model has gone up €1500. That's a lot of money to get average heavy wheels, a very basic fork, thin tyres and low levels brakes. Kona are not the only brand to have done, it many have. It's the new world of bike prices unfortunately, for whatever reason, there are multiple, some true, some corporate speak.

Just wondering whats happened to the slideshows? We were of course spoilt to have such good coverage the last few years. Last year we lost EWS slideshows and I barely followed the series. Luckily for DH we have videos and live stream. Has the industry evolved and photogs are making money elsewhere? Fair enough if so.

When my Dutchie friends are not down visiting me in the Alps they go The Belgian and French Ardennes for long weekends, and occasionally to Luxembourg. I believe that there is minor trail conflict issues in the Belgian Ardennes, Maybe Dodgems can provide more info. Trailforks is full of fun trails. To me it looks like BRitish woodland riding that...

I too am a big van of the Vanzacs and was surprised when they did a 90's style calender. I thought they had more sense than that. And I can't believe there are still Monster girls at the SuperCross and MX. Sorry that we have derailed Team Rumours. I dislike that too, but seeing as many people, including Spomer missed...

Oh it was almost looking so good, but no small 29ner? Small people want full 29 too. I wonder when the inbetween version of a Spectral and Torque will come?

I think that the bike park dh 34 is a cheaper more basic construction than the AM, Enduro and DH tyres. It's wire bead after all. I havent run mine many times. It came up on the thin side and it's not super grippy. IT WILL LAST THO. You should see a mates... I think I prefer the Wild Enduro...

Thanks Spomer for getting back to us all. I don't comment often. I feel this has always been the beauty of this site over the colour related website. Which I do visit as much as this, but the comments always go off topic so quickly. The minimal commenting here is much better as they dont distract. I have enjoyed the...
