man, i don't know what it is w/ all the marketing conspiracy lately, but the filmer showed me these clips months ago, before the giant video came out and i thought they were rad. i thought vital viewers would be stoked on them, so i asked if vital could run the clips in this format. the clips were not pushed on vital by any brand. that's it, that's all.

The UCI sucks,fxxx the UCI...ok,for years we've been hearing that. Let's hear about the alternatives,then. Who can put up a better world downhill series? That one guy from freecaster? The IXS series organization? Someone new? And where's the money coming from? Would we pay to watch it? Would the teams have money for the season with 10+ races in 5 continents that we all desire? I for one can't see that happening.

People finding this track suitable for a world championship really need to find out what this sport is about. This track was acceptable in the 90's,not today by any means.

I've said it before,is this the top level of a 30 year old sport? A professional rider with a long career,on one of the biggest teams in the world should know better.

Lousã (or Louzan,if you like) is THE gravity mtb place to visit in Portugal,this video was shot in the winter,so just imagine the riding for the rest of the year... World cup level dh tracks,enduro trails,bike park-style tracks...we've got it all. Next October is the 12th annual Avalanche (12km,1000m d-),expect 600+ riders. Not bad for a small country
