Nickoli Added a comment about feature Simulated Racer - Who Capitalized on the Muddy Conditions? - Les Gets Analysis
9/5/2025 6:23am Amazing! Thank you for the additional plots. You're totally right on the percentage difference. Although it does normalise for comparison, and particularity affect the shape of sector 2, the absolute time is what is actually important. Your original format does that much better. With the timing-rank, if you could scale the vertical axis as time, I think that would really nail the visualisation of the differences. Some of those differences are huge, but the current scale by rank still masks it visually. It would put Goldstones perfect run on par with Dunnes winning one. Bloody love it though. As you...

Nickoli Added a comment about feature Simulated Racer - Who Capitalized on the Muddy Conditions? - Les Gets Analysis
9/5/2025 1:30am This is a really interesting analysis, thank you for putting it together! It would be really interesting to see the simulated leaderboard plotted as time rather than rank. Seeing how many places Maes and Bruni dropped down is surprising, but its not clear if that is due to other riders gaining so much (simulated) time and them being consistent. Also the time for leader plot is really insightful, and probably easer to understand than a box a whisker. I wonder with the sections being different lengths, if plotting the percentage difference might allow a different interpretation of the potential of...

2/14/2025 2:16am I don't know any reasons not to upload POVs either) Just try if you have such intent. If you face any technical difficulties I'm ready to help. Also there is a private mode when track is visible only for an author and by a direct link, so you can experiment with the app

12/9/2024 6:11am I have created a spreadsheet with rumors on it in an attempt to calculate the points that each team will have going into 2025 and which teams will be world series teams (since this year the rankings are based on rider points). I do not have better info than anyone else, I am simply reading the forums. Much of the info is out of date and incomplete so if anyone would like, feel free to edit to make this more complete and accurate. There are two tabs, where the second one shows the ranking. Read the red notes for info...

8/5/2022 1:55am Hi all, I love the Vital Raw World Cup videos, but I've always been mildly annoyed that the rider names aren't on the screen, and since the plate numbers change every race I'm always somewhat puzzled by who exactly is doing what. But like I said, I really like the videos and don't feel it's my place to ask for anything extra. So I threw together a quick website that just shows all the rider plate numbers, and when you press/click on the plate number, the rider name comes up. It's optimized for mobile and I just threw it together...

6/26/2019 4:50am This article needs an explanation of the tests and what the numbers actually measure. It is just a set of random pictures with some bad English explanation. Even though CushCore has published this content, I trust that they have not tailored the test to their advantage, though.

6/27/2014 8:51am The GoPro and all its weird mountings were out in force up at Blacka Moor. With John's Cable cam, Martin's Boom cam and Joe's Boddingtons Unicorn Cam we had a lot to play with. We rode exclusively below the call as per the new accord with the rangers and we didnt miss the upper section at all. The trails were wet and sloppy but tons of fun. 6/21/2013 9:36am This man's name made a deep impression in my long-term memory for his shot(s) of Emmeline Ragot's "spectacular finish" at Windham last year. Compared to the others, I must say that this man has some sharp senses for the kind of shot that fits my tastes. The only other photog that impressed me was Toby, mainly for his effort in getting his shots, giving a very unique perspective from something like a hawk or groundhog.
