crank is just self-cut vinyl i bought to match..pretty easy and really pops vs the standard color!

Only one ride on it so far. Some epic trails planned for this weekend though. But I'm in love with the wheels so far. The Project 321 hubs have i9 internals and the engagement is instant. Feel extremely solid built up. The rims are light-bicycles new 30mm hookless (from their standard 35mm...which I thought wasn't as necessary as I can already run really low pressures already at my weight, etc). They couldn't have mounted up tubeless any easier. Builder said they were near perfect and very impressed with how they built up.

155mm of rear wheel travel is stock.

It's actually my first full suspension and first 27.5! Initial reaction from my test ride is that it blows my hardtail Niner EMD9 away.

Nice, that's what I did for my cranks as well. I figured the fork graphics weren't something you could cut yourself though.

You blew the cat out of the water on your first full suspension bike, that is for sure. It looks like it will be blast to ride. I've been on the lookout for a new bike for a little while and your pictures have made this Pivot jump almost to the top of my list..

Definitely interested in hearing your thoughts after some longer rides.

yeah for sure, i'll keep you posted. Usually I'm just bummed FS is harder to jump on, harder to climb, and less responsive than a hardtail. The M6 is the first I've ridden that I haven't missed my HT! For comparison, I recently demoed a SC Bronson, and I must say the fit for me and difference in climbing ability makes the M6 an easy winner. My BF and I couldn't even pedal the Bronson on flat ground without feeling strain....

Very nicely done.

Btw re route that front disc brake cable to the inside of the leg, like the cable guide is designed to do. Before the first crash rips thay hose out of the caliper. LBS who built it should know better.
