Any insights as to what they do to make the hubs run faster would be interesting. Adjustable preload is obvious, but what about the ring drive lube and spring tension?

I get was Jose is saying about basically rotating out your bike every 3 years. But even for the avid rider that becomes an expensive proposition, especially with the continual changes and looking at buying complete builds. I'm a picky guy and few complete builds measure up to what I want. In the end buy/build a bike you like and just ride it Thank you for the continuing thoughts from racers and industry insiders.

Overall sound quality and recording was great. Amazing how many podcasts sound like they're made in a trash can. Nice relaxed interview style too.

To help make sure your bars are properly lined up with the fork, put a straight edge or ruler of some kind across the fork stancions. You now have a larger reference point on which to adjust your stem and get your bars straight.

Great race. Brosnan's trap speed was out of sight. 62km/h! Too bad for his mistakes. Loved seeing Minnaars run though. Always so smooth he doesn't even look fast.

Good article, great perspective. I totally agree that there are many people that would love these and there is no reason they should be "blocked". MTB is about having fun, first and foremost. I would love to rent one of these one day and give it a good crack on the local trails.

Give him credit for a fare review. Didn't ride illegal trails and acknowledged the pros and cons. I'm not a fan of e-bikes, but no need to rip apart this reviewer. Complain to the editors if you don't want to see ebike reviews on here.

While I'd like to see Graves do some DH, I'd be fairly surprised. I'd think a chance of injury at a DH race could ruin his chance at another EWS title.
