This is my second frame from Marino and Elijah has exactly respected my requests for this one geometry, reinforcement and colors I also paid the price for Sick by ordering a frame from them, that's why I got a little angry!

World is never black and white for me.. Btw this frame has the 'sick' style with more reinforcements than what Elijah usually makes

Britain is still going full stupid.

Old Santa Cruzs make little sense in retrospect, but not progressive by any means. They were regressive for the first bit of travel and then progressive for the last half. Total amount for progression for the old Nomads was around 12% over full travel for example. The strange thing is the regressive top of travel made the progression in the last half of travel 20%. This all made it hard to get a shock tune that felt good.

I know there is also a personal preference here.. ask cesar rojo an he would not go for a super progressive LR, rather conservative.. they woul ddecrease sag and compensate another way in some specific type of bikes (i.e DH and longgg travel).. but to each their own.. I have used a V2 Banshee rune as well and that bike was good only with medium/low volume air shocks.. sucked with coil or an x2 (unless packed with volume reducers).. but again, really personal preference.. what is stupidis regressive LR.. they Ibis HD3 was one of them, shitty bike for good...

Am I the only one who doesn't get the whole Downduro thing? Aren't modern enduro bikes with the newest breed of big single crown forks (38s or ZEBs) capable enough without screwing with the geometry like a DH fork? I'm not hating here, this build is really sick, I just don't see the rational behind it... Happy to hear some other opinions here!
