I had a long list of improvements for a gen 2 Revved frame, and agree that the next step would have been to refine it, into three platforms: short travel, long travel, and long travel emtb with a host of other refinements and keeping what worked well.

Yeah, a Trail Pistol frame came in kinda portly, but I will forever be disappointed they were not able to further refine their Revved carbon frames and extend it to rims, handlebars, etc...I have over 4K on my 2019 Smash and it's still being abused on the regular. I firmly believe a well executed thermoplastic frame (like GG) is a superior design to a traditional thermoset frame in terms of manufacturing efficiency and overall durability. Unfortunately, it sounds like more brands will join GG in mtb brand graveyard.

Reading...it's hard. The slide description says it doesn't have the longest stroke on hill, pretty obviously implying it's on short side and therefore heats up faster than longer stroke examples. But full doh face for me, as I wasn't aware SC went back to a 2.75" after going to a 3", so please accept my ever humble apologies.

None of them! I was either ready to move on to a different bike, or I just gifted the frame to someone. I will say the bike I wish had burlier pivots was my Mongoose Khyber. That thing rode fantastically, had solid geo and even a 1.5" HT. But it had little b!tch pivots/bearings in one of the links that...

Just seems like such a niche product in an already super niche market. To me, its only application would be for a situation where there's bad ass DH trails that can't be shuttled or accessed via a lift. Sure, there's some of those scenarios around, but I'd just assume pedal a damn good 160ish bike up to the top and...

I'm a social media trog, so this may already be out there, but any news on Ragot (Mondraker site hasn't been updated since the announcement she "might" be back for '16) or PomPom? Thought I read somewhere that PomPom had a bum shoulder and would likey miss this one.
