1/9/2025 5:50am Regarding stiffness - can’t remember who said it, it was one of the USD manufacturers if I remember correctly - the hub-fork-axle interface is one of the most crucial parts regarding stiffness. So if they can figure that part out - ideally without a proprietary hub - then they could be on to something good. I’d love a USD fork...

Didn’t the Shimano guy on the pinkbike podcast say that one of their goals is to always have a well working mechanical XT drivetrain? All this wireless only and 13 speed does not really sound typical for them

Having six kids, I can justify a good bike. It’ll get used lots. But it’s also something to buy these kind of bikes as a dad with a large family… but then again, they are a good investment when you got lots of kids and you can actually fix these bikes…

Can confirm the bottle is low and best reached for during mellow moments of climbs. It's not ridiculously out of reach, but it's further than some bikes.

There was a strong rumor going around recently that the Enduro was going to get an UDH update soon, like real soon. But crickets so far. I dont think you'll be seeing a new Enduro design till mid next year.

Alu Stunty has been seen out in the wild under sponsored riders.....complete with holes for analogue gears!! It's all gone a bit quiet on the enduro front though.
