Far from demanding? Maybe not at the speeds us mortals ride. Spomer, can you get the photogs to put together another slideshow of bike compressions, is there a place on this track to see that?

Seems like a troll/joke. As others have pointed out, you can win without a chain, so why would a better pedaling bike be a good choice? There are always complaints about this track, but I find the live feed really good (way better than fort bill for example), the follow cam of Brendan and Troy a year or two ago was mint, and even without taking into account the amazing outlier runs of Gwin's chainless and tyreless attempts, some of the past runs of Smith and Vergier right on the knife's edge are great to rewatch.

IMO...Should have started showing this track like this before all the GoPro edits.The GoPro edits really made this place look weird but this video makes it look great!Very stoked foe the race.Thanks for the video.

3/27/2018 10:57am Worse when it's happening to a friend. Or anyone for that matter. The camera was put down between the crash sequence and portraits BTW. I scrambled to help until medic arrived (in seconds) What made it better to stomach, one of the many great race doctors Dr. Nico Thumbb (real name) - Chile’s best hand surgeon was right there and cleaned and stitched Anita up on site. All the doctors getting around the tracks on bikes. Legends.

Dumb question: What kind of champs is this race? It is obviusly different than the NZ or AUS champs... is it just bragging rights or is there any other UCI honour such as a sleeve?

Anybody noticed that Cam Zink isn't mentioned anywhere? Why is that so, for a top athlete on YT? Also, YT is one of at least four direct to customer brands in Germany that all have about the same price point. The Capra received a lot of praise despite having a rear suspension that nobody can use at full travel because of its huge progressivity. Pair that with the heave and cheap quality of the frame and I don't get it. (I had the first generation Capra for a few weeks)
