Can you give a little info on the wheelset? Rims and Hubs? I see they are Race Face rims. Are they a Race Face set or using another brand of hubs? Didn't know Race Face made a 29er DH Wheelset yet.

Good morning Bitumen83. I choose the Sight due to my riding style and the trails I ride on 85% of the time. I like a trail bike to feel lively under me. When you step up the travel to 6" plus, bikes start to fell sluggish on the trail unless you are pointing it downhill. Plus, I do race DH too and felt I didn't need two long travel bikes in my stable. If I were to have had a do it all build, I would have gone with the Range. Hope this helps,

Notice how the rim strip also hangs over to help protect the rim. Like I said, not hijacking the review as it was well written and done well. Just saying not a fan of companies taking old designs and technology and claiming to be the one that came up with it. Updated a photo album Maxxis Tubeless Rim Strip

Not going to call anyone out here, but the rim strip was brought to market via Maxxis in the late 90's. That's how we ran tubeless back in the day when racing the NORBA Nationals. The setup every Pro was running was Michelin Tires and the Maxxis Rim Strip. Maxxis also claimed back then it helps protect the rim and snake bits.
