The last two years were marked by an abundance of new XC tech, driven by the evolution of cross country race tracks around the globe. Geometry is becoming more relaxed and suspension travel is increasing, while dropper posts are more and more commonplace too - last but not least, tires are evolving too. Garbaruk mentioned that they had a defective batch, got a replacement shipped in a week. I had the same considerations regarding xtr cassette, but that's just ever so slightly too expensive for my taste 😁. Yeah in terms of looks nothing beats the garbaruk! And as i said I am more than happy with how it performs. Backpaddeling also works fine

At first I had some troubles, but Garbaruk exchanged the cassette without question, and now it is 90% flawless
I would say Shimano has a slight edge with silent clean shifting, but garbaruk comes damn close! Better than the sram gx axs on my buddies bikes
