it can't "mostly" go to a single rider. the press release says there are "almost" 40 races total that are part of this program with money for DH, Enduro and/or XC available. not all 40 of these races offer all three disciplines, but even if they did, that would be 120 races for a single person to try to win. if they won 120 races at $150/race, that's $18,000 total. i'm no scientician but it's pretty easy to see a single person can't get a million dollars out of this.

This is not a new concept and there are no "tricks", look up Team Green or KTM Cash, while this might be new to Mountain bike racing it has been in Moto and Street racing for decades. No one is being tricked into buying a bike, if you race and want to earn cash or prizes, Intense is paying for it. Four races in and $4,450 in cash and prizes have been claimed.

This is campaign to pay grassroots and local riders. AG isn't eligible for the program because the rules state you have to have purchased an Intense bike, AG receives bikes as part of his contract with the frame company. World Cups are not part of the series that will be paid out, please look at the series that are being supported.

Love it. To think that this frame is 2-3 years old, yet it is still a complete stand out geometry. Correct me if I am wrong, but apart from canfield brothers frames, its the shortest chain stays for any full sus bike? (Joint with the spider 275c for obvs reasons) I would be tempted to run this with a 140mm 36 and a -1.5 works components angleset slacken it out to 65 degrees AND lower the bb back down to spider 275c levels. Want!

Fork, tires, dropper post. This bike normally runs a Fox 34 Stepcast fork, 2.35 Forecaster tires and a carbon LEV dropper post. Sweet looking build!

my eyes!!!!! That's about as loud as it gets. Nice work. What's the travel on that fork? Looks like a super fun build for the Spider, an already super fun bike!
