2014 Specialized Enduro Evo 26" Freeride Build--Ohlins/190mm inverted DVO 5

BrrRRrrrRRAAAaaaAaaAAAAPPAPPPPPPPPPPAAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP 264life. ...go on, hate the white chainguide. Wait till I get a white/red WTB Devo saddle on there. HATE TRAIN engine-less dumptruck. Freeride macine! No race tracks allowed, haha, Crested Butte style. ...why would you EVER need a dropper post, anything more than a 7sp cassette or a single crown fork. #soNOTenduro Lifestyle shot

Headset FSA Came stock Never do angle sets--lol at angle sets unless you ride XC
Handlebar ENVE Riser -- 760mm wide Same exact carbon thickness as the DH bar--just shorter. My preferred bar width is 747mm(take flight) anyhow. Running 760mm to see how she feels
Stem Thomson Direct Mount 40mm 30* rise Beware of the 50mm 10* DROP Thomson DM stem --Drops the placment of the bar clamp very low. AWESOME for racing and staying planted--not good for popping the front end and 'dicking around' with the front wheel. Stick to the 40mm 30* Thomson for that
Grips ODI Vans Textured vinyl grip added to lock-on ends to get a 'full grip' feeling
Brakes Shimano Zee Semi metallic pads, always
Shifters SRAM XO1 DH 7speed Enjoying the ability to modify the up shifters angle of contact
Rear Derailleur SRAM XO1 DH 7speed Short cage (Specaizlied bikes were engineered around shortest amount of chain growth, allowing for more compact derailleurs)
Chainguide e*thirteen LG1+ 32-36T
Cranks Race Face SixC Cinch 165mm - pf30/bb30 - 73mm Spindle--BB spindle adaptor to fit tradional pf30/bb30 frames. Race Face is the ONLY company offering a Carbon crankset in 165mm length that fits a 73mm wide BB shell. XO1 DH cranks only fit 83mm BB shells. WORD TO THE WISE
Chainrings / Sprocket Race Face 34T Narrow Wide Spiderless Cinch ring
Bottom Bracket Chris King PF30
Chain KMC KMC X11-EL Ti-Nitrate 11sp Avoid hollowpin chains--dirt collects in there and ends up being just as heavy. The EL-TI lineup of KMC chains is the STRONGEST and most durable on the market. Worth the $40-$50 for a bombproof chain
Cassette / Rear Cog SRAM XO1 DH 7 speed 10-24T
Pedals DMR Vault ...dankest, can't ride with anything else

Additional Info Whattup yall--Crested Butte, coloRADo backcountry mountaineer freeride bike. All I'm worth is finding mountain ridges, summit tops and chutes that seem rideable. It's usually above treeline (10K ft. and up) where most of my riding takes place--game trails to follow, no trees in the way without a trail and MOUNTAIN TOP summit descents. TRUE freeride mountainbiking--this is why I got into mountain biking. Rippin it with your friends and doing what all the locals do during the Winter, find big mountains and ride down em. CB STYLE. If ANYONE wants to come along to a 13K ft. big mountain summit and ride down, a buddy and myseld would be BEYOND capable of 'Sherpa' hiking with you to the top and rippin down, freeride style. No races, no winning. Just hanging out in the mountains, gettin rad. All were worth--PEACE
