5/26/2023 2:17pm On the vital podcast Dakota said the new race frame they were trying to reduce weight. He said the current bike was 41 or 43lb and they want to get to 38lb I believe he said?

This is my sketching a while ago just coming to grips with how to determine the IC of a 6-bar layout. I'm not going near drawing the IC migration paths by hand for this monstrosity, I'd much prefer to program it out if I really had to.

5/8/2023 10:48pm I was comparing the 2 bikes and notice the new bike carbon tubes are much smaller diameter and different shape. I’d assume this is all for chassis compliance.

5/2/2023 9:59pm I weight 180lb and find the 38 a much better fork. I think 38 is a great middle ground of stiffness and compliance. I think the extra stiffness also helps the fork perform better as it slides through the bushings.
