quick thread derailment, I just got my first ebike, a Fezzari Timp Peak (170mm f/r), claimed weight is 50lbs, its also rated for a dual crown. I was also concerned about the weight but spoke with all my ebike friends and they convinced me to go full power and I'm really glad I did, I only notice the weight when trying to get the bike off the ground but it's only marginally tougher and I'm getting a lot stronger in my shoulders, arms and back. I felt super comfortable on the first ride, Jumping, cornering, and going through rough stuff...

Definitely a bummer, but unfortunately, Hardline always claims a few victims. It's almost like it's kinda hard Just too much at stake right meow. On the plus side, Bryceland, Strait, and the return of Gee!
That's interesting! Makes a lot of sense. I noticed that quite a few pro-XC riders are running the original AXS shifters and OG rocker paddle with Transmission rather than the new pod. Me, I switched out to the optional rocker pretty quickly and am curious to see how the new pods feel in comparison.
Jesse states that the clamps are custom bits to make it work. If I remember right, Seth, aside from the clamp issues, also couldn't clear the battery very well with his saddle. I wanna say that Jesse stated somewhere that he had to find a seat with the right rail height to clear. Looks like a fairly standard Reverb AXS...
SRAM has quite a long list of releases for this year. How many have been done so far... Force, Transmission... Already seen in the wild are...SID line, Boxxer, Vivid, GX Transmission, Code calipers The new RED road group that "might" have a shocking piece of tech in it is "rumored" to be released at the Tour de France. Reverb AXS...

SRAM was very clear about this at the Transmission launch, the "new" brake levers have zero new technology. They had to move some things around and adjust for the new ergonomics and aesthetics, but internally, nothing has changed. The new Code caliper is where the new tech will be
That's not the new Phoenix. That wall hanger has DW6 linkage. Odds are that Pivot's been working on lugged prototypes for a while and the new Phoenix isn't the first bike going down this road. I'm definitely curious to know how many and for how long companies have been building lugged prototypes in recent years. The lug/tube concept isn't new...
So I'm assuming you made a bicycle version of this for yourself. Flame on! Back on topic. Boxxer and SID all have their own release dates over the next few months, so just gotta be patient. The SRAM PR train is doing a good job with the hype buildup and apparently, people are being real good about not being photographed...
Embargoes! SRAM's been on it for a while, Shimano put the lockdown on like 5 or 6 years ago. They were killing LBS's with the pricing. In many cases, selling for less than an LBS could get at dealer price Lotta the big German shops either own or are under the same ownership as a bike brand, so they can...

geometry, lighter frame, chain device, frame protection, pivot hardware updates, cable routing, and "the wallet." That's a decent amount of change even though it doesn't really look like it visually. Call it whatever you want, evolution, refinement. It's not just the same bike with headset routing. Did you want a whole new suspension layout?

The Evo is a fantastic bike and the alloy models truly are some serious bang-for-your-buck with the current sales. If you're thinking about an alloy Evo, I'd consider the Canfield Lithium. The Lithium can be configured to 151 or 163mm travel depending on shock stroke. Maybe a bit longer than you want, but the CBF platform is an impressive pedaler...

jesus wept, The amount of whinging from you lot on a forum specifically about tech rumours and innovation is astounding to me. Primoz, man, like I said, theres tonnes of brand new XX1 out in the world, go buy it so you no longer have to worry. I can only assume you have tried AXS on your mtb, strangely everyone Ive spoken to that owns it, absolutely loves it. Ive seen many online complaints, but I dont put too much stock into that, cause often its people weirdly expressing opinions about something they know very little about those of you...
