I'm afraid I have to disagree. Our upper stanchion is 26mm (vs 25m for Rerverb, Bike Yoke etc). That gives us plenty of strength to make the longest post on the market without needing the crutch of 34.9mm. It also keeps the weight about a quarter pound lighter.

absolutely insane! i could not imagine spending that much on a frame when you can get a complete transition with a SOLID build for under 4k. And they are not even direct to consumer. if only most consumers realized that any bike past the 4-5k range the performance increases are extremely marginal.

Okay rad bike but the pricing is getting ridiculous. $5600 with NX components, throwaway rims and G2 brakes?! I own a SC and love it but wow this is a little out of control. Awesome specialized has the status. That build would be 5k with SC at the moment

Could be an interesting 3000k comparison with Commencal 3000k meta sx. Which i think has better specs than this or the Spez evo alloy comp.

Sounds like a rad bike. Compared to pretty much anything else out there the price is amazing (over at sc this build would be a min of $4500). Well done specialized

I may be mistaken but didn’t SC do an S progression curve like this for a while with their early gen VPP? Regressive kinematics at the end of the shock stroke seems like things could get weird on big impacts
