100% no, the specialized enduro feels like a worn out couch, super plush and dh feeling, the sixfinity has more support and energy return to it, and to me feels way better than the switch bikes which I tried all.

That being said, that was on the MTe-LTe and 160e

But I think it would be a similar feel to the MTE with more travel, so, I’d say a better suspension overall compared to the specialized enduro, more efficient for sure and still nice off the top

That's good to hear.  Maybe I enjoyed the Enduro so much because of where I was riding and the added travel/stability.  Since I'm looking for something with shorter travel than the Enduro, it would be good if it has more support and energy.  I'm not an E-bike guy, but I've still seen most of the reviews of the Yeti E-bikes, and they seem to be universally praised.  I'm hoping the glowing reports of the Sixfinity on the E-bikes translate to their pedal bikes.

As questioned above. Can it be set up for cable actuated shifting without lots of ugly zip-ties?

It has cable ports don’t worry, it’s not axs only

I just saw one of the Pinkbike guys riding one at Sun Peaks today so this is probably coming out very soon.

How many root canal do I need to perform to be able to afford one ?

Is the downtube storage called the floss box and if not why ?

Is that turquoise Chris King headset stock on all build kits ?

Is the LT 180mm dual crown compatible ?

I am counting atleast 14 bearings counting the trunion one ? Is Yeti following SC and Spec footstep and giving out first owner free replacement bearing ?

Single chainstay length on all size or they grow with frame size & the replaceable dropout give the option for longer chainstay.

Most likely designed for 55mm chainline and 32t chainring but is 52mm chainline possible and smaller chainring like 30t or 28t for people that like to ride the 9-45 shimano cassette and gs derailleur ?

With chainstay length, wheel size flip chip and leverage rate progression lower shock mount, was it too much to make the headset ZS56/ZS56 instead of ZS44/ZS56 to open up reach and more head angle adjustment possibilities for tinkerer ?

using a oneup 210 but could fit a 240 easily on a size L sb160.

My thing is that I prefer having no more than 440 ST with 240 mm dropper fully slammed and with reach in 480-495 range. In a way it makes choosing a frame easier, as only handful of manufacturers have all this features combined.

While we’re at it and considering how much MTB stuff costs, the looks also better be appealing. I demoed and almost bought the MTE, was really hoping for its natural version, but Yeti missed the mark here. Guess I’ll go with the Firebird. Never had this brand on my radar but recently got amazed by its ride and build quality.

Yes that's the part I was thinking of ... seems like the only plausible reason for the cut out there.

But you're right, the exit port on the right side of the front triangle is missing ... at least it´s not at the same place as the one for the brake hose on the left, that would not make a lot of sense.

We´ll see when they drop the official news.

PB confirmed there's a hole and it's for cable shifting, curious to see the exit of the front triangle.

Probably just means they haven’t spent much time dialing them in and maybe only recently got to ride production frames.

True, but team riders aren't always on "stock" bikes.  If the geometry ticks most of the boxes and they offer this bike in a 130 or 140 mm rear travel that is coil-compatible, one of my kids might not be going to college.

The Mid travel is one coming very soon don't you worry! Right soon after this one

Has anyone heard a release date yet? I saw something on Facebook about possibly July 14th?

One of my Local bikeshops posted a blacked out silhouette asking what bike we think it is on Instagram. This should be coming out anytime now since shops have it in hand
