Hello Vital MTB Visitor,
We’re conducting a survey and would appreciate your input. Your answers will help Vital and the MTB industry better understand what riders like you want. Survey results will be used to recognize top brands. Make your voice heard!
Five lucky people will be selected at random to win a Vital MTB t-shirt.
Thanks in advance,
The Vital MTB Crew
get your lip wet (not soaked, but good and damp so dirt can pack) then flour the lip with a light layer of fine dry dirt or dust...like in cooking.
the dry/dust on top won't stick to your shovel and let's you wang away without peeling the wet dirt off. eventually the flour layer gets worked in and you'll probably have to repeat, but i've found that to be good in colorado's soil.
I wang away on a regular basis.
Fill with logs
Cover with dirt and gravel and shape
add thick 5 inch layer of clay. wet pack dry reshape shape wet pack dry repeat
Last a lot longer ,
