That is a shocker he can probably still get top 25 at a WC......

Hopefully it is on the Forward Geo he was so into.

From Cero Design FB: "And this is most of the team that has made it possible to build and race with this bike to a World Championship title on the first ever appearance.

From left to right, Jose that has laminated the frame, Victor, Roland and Jaume in charge of the engineering and Pierre in charge of most of the design."

He's retired and not roped in to any contract. He can use whatever he wants. Just like you.

O okay, I thought I saw somewhere that he had a few sponsers but I guess that was the past

Could be a new KTM bike... looking at the design engineer job spec on the Cero page, sounds like they will be working with them a lot in future

That's it! Really liking the Float X2, but I use a 30mm stem and cannot use the Fox 40 as the stanchions are way to long for a 650B and touch the bars, so the bars are way to high for me, rock shox has a shorter stack and bar heigh sets on my perfect position.

Yes, it's a longer bike than usual, around a L or short XL depending on most brands, except the ones that already moved one size up. Running on a 30mm stem that found out is the best compromise to me so far with the geometry improvements made and 27.5" wheels.

I wish I could make a top 25, but I feel just qualifying will be hard, even more with a 12h/day job, not much to train... Maybe I give it a go next year, we will see!

Are you allowed to race both Masters and regular World Champs? Or is he just there as a coach?

|

9/3/2015 5:57 PM

i don't think you can do both.

pre-runner # plate it looks like since he's pretty local there.

Cero Design, company of Cesar Rojo designed the new range of Nukeproof Mega bikes. Curious if there is some connection between Nukeproof and this carbon DH bike...
