I can't imagine the cost of producing that lower bb/shock lug, but I'm so glad it's a reality.Pivot makes these carbon tube and aluminum lug prototypes in-house. They're also able to replace the tubes if needed to tweak geometry during development. What transpired: the latest Pivot Firebird that launched last week.
Who else thought the new Firebird would have two chains like the Phoenix? Guess who?

Telepathy Bike's unique Sync Link bike allows the rear axle to move in parallel with the front axle as the bike moves through its travel. The primary goal was to make a bike that cornered consistently and could handle rough terrain.
It also has an insanely high main pivot.
