No but I have been using a 36 160 on my 27.5 Rune with wide Derby carbon wheels and Hans D 2.35s with plenty of clearance.

As an engineer I was frequently billed out to clients at $150+ per hour. What I actually took home was a fraction of that. All businesses have to take a healthy cut to keep the lights on and grow. Call me crazy, but perfectly tuning a derailleur, building a wheel, or rebuilding a fork requires far more talent than vacuuming or bagging groceries. Good mechanics have most definitely put in countless hours to hone their craft.

"The recommendation is i think right for most people" bingo. this video was pretty clearly made for most people, not midgets or shaq look-a-likes. it's a recommendation and a qualified one at that. don't have a coronary.

What is with all the hate. Has anyone thought that possibly Richie wants to race enduro. He might want to switch things up. Just because hes racing enduro for a season does not mean he will never race DH again. I have no doubt Richie had a say in where he wanted to go.

Makes perfect sense to me (although I'm bummed not to see Rude continue to develop on the WC circuit). The EWS offers product exposure and development relevant to a much larger market than DH. Yeti will make a ton more selling trail bikes than DH bikes. If you can only support one race team, it's an easy call. Sure hope there aren't too many teams that follow suit tho.
