Big Bird Liked a comment about video Behind the Scenes of a Champion - Aaron Gwin

I'm so excited to see what Aron does on the Tues with it's higher suspension progressivity as opposed to the Spec. Total domination may be boring to some people. But not me.

Cool perspective, but remember that since the bikes weren't all in the same front/rear cog combo, comparing chain growth, etc. is pointless.

yeah there was an interview where he said he had to ride 29 for awhile but as soon as the 27.5 was available he was going to it, which was last year.

Richt2000 Liked a comment about Press Release Who is JEFFSY?

Jeffsy is the master of hype, and probably a 29er Trail/AM bike judging by the instagram pics of singletrack in Maderia. Hopefully an Evil Following bike with a steeper seat angle...

I don't disagree with the reasons the proponents are claiming, I just don't like the feeling of putting so much stress on my wrist at the limit of it's range of motion. But I'm hyper-mobile in general and have to watch out for the range of motion stuff.

This is why Vital is the best. I might take issue with these bikes being "completely different", especially compared to a high single pivot or VPP. They both still have a negative sloped AS, super low anti-rise, and a consistently progressive leverage ratio (although I agree that the demo is pretty linear for a 200mm bike, it's still an evenly negative slope, which is very different than some bikes with top-swing links driving the shock)

I think this is my Goldilocks tire! At least in the rear. Been running a slaughter, which is fun and drifty but leaves a little to be desired on alpine rides, or a HRII turned backwards, which is fine but doesn't really roll. As others have mentioned, looks like a Trail Boss, but with the perfect middle ground casing of the EXO. WTB is either too light or too heavy for trail riding, although the tough casing is pretty much indestructible and I have no problem with those for ENDURO.
