In the USA lawsuits are a fact of life, so there will always be someone or some group suing for something. Just because some cowboys are suing the USFS about 132 miles of trails doesn't mean the sky is falling and trail access allover the USA is going to be revoked. At the end of the day trail access should be for all of us to enjoy; horse, hikers, MTB and eMTB, no one group has the right to limit other groups. We live in the USA, freedom of choice!
