Doesn’t seem like you’re thinking about it at all, The Athertons have gone out to a prolific bike designer/inventor, a major investor and a manufacturer and managed to put something together in a few months... that’s not the sort of thing that happens off the cuff. This is a very well considered model and I wish them the best of luck.

I'd say that's pretty unlikely when you look at what they bring to the party. Racing success, video edits (I'm really hoping Gee will continue doing WC course previews), Hardline, Fox Hunt and a bike park. I would think that's an appealing package for most companies. They've stated that this is the way they want to go. They've given a lot back to this sport and I wish them every success.
