I think you're making a joke about how ugly zip ties are on bike frames, and if true, we're going to have to agree to disagree. Internal cable routing is ugly because all I see is stress and wasted hours. For no benefit.

The Nomad, Bronson, 5010, & Tallboy all available in alloy, and complete FS bikes starting at $2650, I'd say SC does low budget.

No joke, I prefer higher bottom brackets. Bikes these days are so low, I typically run them in the higher of the two settings. That way I can run 175's without clipping pedals, and pedal hard anytime I want to. The higher BB doesn't bug me on rough bits or cornering, and the change in head angle is negligible.

Typically flat riders ride more rear spring (because they're weighting their feet more and leaning back more) and clip riders run more front spring. I used to bump up two clicks of low speed in my fork when I switched to clips. Now I just run clips all the time cuz I finally came to peace with the knowledge that I suck at riding flats.

Just wanted to chime in here and clarify that a) welding tolerance on aluminum frame head angles is ~1.0 degrees, and b) you absolutely, positively cannot feel 0.5 degrees of head angle change.
