Really? It is so bad to be able to use standard wheel/driver body if you want? And at a lower price? I see, I see, you said 'triggers', which means you mush shift with both hands. That must be so difficult, I know I'd lose my mind as well if I still had to use both thumbs to shift.

Please stop overusing and trying to adapt the word banger to mountain biking. You're making us sound like a bunch of kooks. Anyone that wants better trails for the Front Range, come out for the third and final build day of this season on the Buffalo Creek "black diamond" trail. He wasn't posting an argument, he was posting a rule for the website. This is a widely accepted etiquette in mountain biking and like Spomer said there are plenty of reasons for it. If you don't know why then get out and travel and ride more spots and you'll start to understand.
