I’m ~64 kg. I ran 450lbs spring which was more supportive but now I’m running 400lbs and I feel like I have more comfort and grip for technical and steeper trails, but if Im riding destroyed downhill track all weekend Id probably switch to 450. Honestly if you can buy two springs and try what you like better. I was riding with 450 frist and I was really happy but after trying 400 I feel it suits me bettee. Just for info 400 give me ~27% sag and 450 is ~23-24%

What is your weight? I m going to buy a superdeluxe coil too qnd i don t know what spring rate is the right one for me thanks

For the new season... Thanking Cingolani BikeShop, László Németh DESIGNS, DSC (Downhill Suspension Center).I built this Trek session Carbon 650b, it was fun to create stickers in collaboration with NLD and look for a particular built ... Thanks to Cingolani BikeShop and DSC for the excellent preparation of suspensions. Now all that remains is to R I D E - IT ! Have a Nice Ride! MarciO
