9/8/2025 7:25am that’s reassuring, i never understood why they shipped the front line cut to 80cm only, it worked but not when you crash and your handlebars do a 360 -.- the new line is 100cm and it fits just perfect on my flash @ 180cm

The new barb and sleeve helps a lot with preventing the hose from being ripped out. I’ve had several crashes this year including one high speed crash that sent my bike flipping down the face of a jump and my hoses haven't been ripped out yet.

9/8/2025 4:24am ripped out mine just a week ago, ordered a new line and replaced everything yesterday (takes a few days longer to switzerland due to customs). its not just the black part, there is also a new line insert to bring it to 1.2 specs

9/3/2025 11:45pm i'd be more worried if Cube ever decides to attack in the US. they seem to run a pretty lean business, they sell mostly all the bikes through pre-orders and you can't really order up more bikes during the season. therefore, each season they can start with new stock and never have old stock piling aroung like specialized or trek...

A friend of mine in the Industry told me that he had heard from one of the reps that Orbea was withdrawing their US presence (at least in terms of inventory) due to tariffs. It was one of the reason's I bought my 25' Wild as I was assuming I wouldn't be able to get one easily next year or especially at a discount like it was right now. That would all indicate to me they aren't going to suddenly put a bunch of money into a North American based racing effort if they aren't even trying to sell more...
