Just to pile onto the @Sacki praise (I've really enjoyed the insight in this form about a whole host of topics) - Sacki was phenomenal to work with from a customer perspective too. I worked as a purchasing/product manager at a small OE for a while before moving to another industry purchasing job, and I can back up what he has said about his OE relationships. I think it's mostly those of us in small enough businesses that we don't have a marketing person to tell us what we can or can't say who frequent the forums. Darren from Push is quite regular here, I post here pretty often, David Turner of Turner bikes is active all the time on MTBR, Steve from Vorsprung has made great discussion leading content, etc... I'm sure we all would love to have organizations large enough to afford a marketing person. As @Sacki said, it would be wonderful to create cool content - but much as marketing leaders tell us...

The CEO topic is an interesting one. The official annual financial reports of 2021 and 2022, which can be found on the governmental website you linked above, were officially signed off by Markus Floßmann as "Geschäftsführer". The link where you can find the reports is actually this one: https://www.bundesanzeiger.de/pub/de/start?2 Then search for "YT Industries GmbH" You can then view the official annual reports. Wolftooth only addresses what benefits them. They say Divine is not self-bleeding. Well, as the designer of the Dicine, can tell you that it does. On top of that they are also neglecting the existence of the Funn UpDown dropper which was introduced in 2018: https://m.pinkbike.com/news/new-funn-updown-stealth-dropper-launched-at… When confronted with the fact that their statements and their advertising is wrong, there's just silence. It's sad to see that companies need to use such foul marketing and disrespect other companies.
