1/11/2026 11:45pm I used to have Ohlins front and back on my TM moto. The thing I learnt very quickly was how the suspension would go from awesome to poo in 5 hours riding. Lesson is full service twice as often as you normally would.

1/4/2026 10:42am 650b or 27.5. I’m looking at you Giant for all the hype and marketing you put into this. The only future you said based on science. I’m still riding a Giant from 2019 with 27.5 front and back with 2.6 tyres. I LOVE it.

I’m still riding my 7 year old emtb because as you say it is an offence to us that rubbish bikes have enormous price tags and are flawed. A flawed bike that has continual failures means you don’t get to ride and your bike’s value is the only good parts left on it.

12/30/2025 10:08pm It’s going to need at least 2mm of preload to stay tight and not spin on the shock. Ask Jono at Suspension Lab. He’s on here and he’s awesome.

I have a Giant Trance E+1. It’s 7 years old now. I got it new. Yamaha PWX2 motor 500wh battery. I had the motor rebuilt 2 years ago. Only as a future precaution. 1 main bearing was a little rough and we replaced fibre drive cog as a precaution. Panasonic battery is 92% health. I have NOT replaced the bike...
