Additional Info

My main bike over the last 2 years, its going in a bike bag tomorrow and will likely never be this clean again so I thought I better take some photos. It started off as a frame swap for previous Ancillotti, and I have eventually replaced every component apart from the seat and brakes.

For a 2019 frame, it's still very up to date with modern geometry, being slacker and longer than most equivalent size frames. Around 100% anti-rise at sag, a slightly rearward axle path that does create some pedal-kick back but that's taken care of by the O-chain. It's a bloody fast bike that definitely could do with a faster rider.

Suspension wise, the Telum is an extremely impressive shock, the amount of support you get and grip while never being harsh is a hard combo to beat. It is quite and investment, especially considering you will then have to spend as much or more on upgrading your forks to get the same level of performance. No complaints on the Avy dorados either, just heaps of support and no harshness. Both of them had me laughing the whole way down on my first laps at how well they worked.

Never actually ridden it as a full 29er but with the flip chip in high and an extra 5mm longer shock it keeps the geometry in check as a mullet.
