5/15/2010 2:36pm honestly- (and I am old compared to many here probably)-- it comes down to diet! eat well-- lean meats, fruits, lots of veggies and stay away from too much grains and breads.

YA! that was a great edit!! the slow mo was awesome. Love to see the technique of the riders in the berms in slow mo (I can see where there braking and where their just letting it drift
