Hey guys, I'm just wondering what kind of training you guys do for dirtjumping.
I mean, as a 17 year old, I'm a bit heavy, however with a 6' frame its kind of hard to stay light, currently at 186 pounds and trying to drop quick, but having a hard time with my frame at the powdercoater.
My question is, what's your weight, skill level, and how do you stay fit for riding? What should my target be? I need to lose my flab, but then which areas should I focus on, as Im starting to learn spins.
Also, supplements?
