This is a great question! UPCOMING ESSAY WARNING: I know I'm an outlier but, for me, getting a new bike is kinda the worst. For example, it takes me about 3-4 months to feel truly dialed on a new mountain bike. I can get any new bike feeling “rideable" pretty quickly, but I’m talking about getting the bike to fit like a glove to the point that riding it feels like second nature. Sur Ronster will be flattened by the time he has enough dirt skill to ruin a cool dirt trail...great youtuber, nice channel, watch it before he's gone... um but no, he appears unconcerned with traffic laws--where the rules are way clearer and enforceable than MTB--can't imagine he's worried about trails at all. He's great though. If I were in my 20s and childless I'd be doing the same shit. Imagine paying your bills with 2 wheel hooliganism. Fantastic.

Whats the story on that 250mm(9.84")x75mm(2.95") shock sizing? Is it proprietary to YT? Neither of their listed sizes show up on the Fox site as available. Already toying with the idea of getting the 170mm bike then having a longer travel shock and dual crown fork to put on for DH... If a 9.5"x3" coil would fit and lower/slacken it that could be the ticket.

So the good news is that their website is now showing sooner availability (Feb vs. March). The bad news is they just jacked up their prices substantially on all Capra models (close to $1K more!) What gives?
