I was smugly telling myself that my 2019 5010 is better because the purple makes it the sexiest bike ever..... then the video showed the new pink version. Haha looks awesome! My 5010 is definitely the most fun I’ve ever had on a bike it really excels at everything from XC to gnarly downhills. It’s also perfect for tech climbs and jib life. No need to upgrade now but if I needed a new bike I’d definitely go pink GX build.

This was almost 3 weeks ago, before all the "lockdown" and freak out about the virus came around. And it was just the 2 of us, those guys turned right...stay healthy, get outside

I certainly wouldn’t call biking outside with a friend or two high risk of transmission ...... incomparable to waiting in line at a crowded indoor busy grocery store, or the people in retail and food industries still going into work. Absolutely nothing wrong with getting out on your bike to blow off some steam and keep some sanity as we try to figure this out. It’s weird out there and it’s going to get weirder. I think light weight smaller travel is the way to go..... I’ve got a 5010 130 front and rear and it’s a super fun bike on all the descents but is snappy enough to make the climbs and flats exciting. I ride mainly desert gnar and raw downhill in Tucson and there are very few times I am wanting more bike. Aside from trips to Angelfire I almost never take my 170/160 enduro bike out anymore.

9/5/2018 2:53pm Get back out there! Tucson is definitely an unforgiving place to learn to ride but once you get used to desert riding I think it is one of the best spots in the world to bike. There is a lot of amazing tech to be found here but you need to make sure you get started on some mellow trails...

So stoked to try this bike out!! Currently on a 2016 fuel ex 9.8 27.5 that can handle everything but think I'm going to end up getting a 5.5 this fall once I can finally try one. It just looks like such a fun bike. I can't imagine how much awesome this would be on Bug Springs and La Milagrosa down here in Tucson. Awesome video!! Can't wait for the final review.... Definitely getting my stoke going for Sedona this weekend.
