He begged for money when he crashed at Rampage and charities paid for ALL... YES, ALL his bills (not just medical). He's been mediocre from the start. He doesn't have the net worth of Michael Jordan. He'll be begging again when the inevitable happens (mediocrity... it'll happen). It could be permanent or even six feet under, next time, but someone else will pay for it. Why get a job now when you've been mooching all your life.

Sam is like the Harrison Ford of the MTB world. Both legends who rarely do interviews, which makes this a rare treat to listen to (even with the zoo in the background). An appearance in DH is in the future, Sam says. Guaranteed millions will be tuned-in when that happens. Long Live Sam Hill.

There is a gas station in my town that has a huge monster energy ad with Sam Hill. I smile when I see it. 99.9% of people here don’t know who he is let alone that he is fucking legend.

Hands down, this is Bike Check of the decade. Orange coil, crank insert, decal on the wheels, chain guide (One-Up special, I'm sure), even orange banjo fittings. Gee Milner ain't got NOTHIN on the drool factor. I know you're "slicked-out", but KMC makes the DLC chain in orange. It's a quality/higher end chain, which you can easily afford. Congrats, is in order. Well Done!!!

Started off bad, clamping a carbon frame. Made that mistake on my bike and did some damage. Clamping on the telescopic part of the dropper. is also very bad. Setting the crown race using the axle and a piece of wood in the middle of the axle. The weight bearing is on the outer part of the axle, not the center. The paint on the frame will start chipping soon.
