It’s actually wild that they didn’t start the stream and tell us this and then show us qualifying. No problem with the decision but a pretty big letdown the way it’s been handled.

Red Bull looking like shit on this one. Of course, safety of the riders first. But if there was a chance of cancellation they should have taped seeding and at least played that. Whatevs, tuned in the Glendale Supercross

Since Gwin is attending (what appears to be) his first ever extra curricular RB event, I wouldn't be totally shocked to see a Hardline Windrock in the next ~2 years

For real. I’ve been witness to some very heavy BMX trails jams and spent ten days at on the hill at a Rampage. The best in the world case new jumps and get broke off all the time. @marzbomber888 : I have no idea if you can make it down Hardline but I can guarantee nobody wants you on the sesh! Your vibe is foul.

hardline is a UCI sanctioned race so the same rules apply. With so few racers they have more time to spend together than a WC.

See, this guy gets it. I could win a hardline too. Just point straight downhill and don't brake. Everyone knows that a straight line is the shortest distance. I already almost have the KOM on the local blue flow trail. Big jumps just mean your tires are on the ground less so there's less chance to slide out or hit a rock to go OTB. /s

Just in case you weren't aware: You come across like a right old tit. EDIT: On another note: The (not very exciting) PB raw video states Ronan broke his frame. Sure hope he has a spare available.

I wasn't able to try them on before I got them, but am typically an 11. I think I ended up going with euro 44.5 or 45 (I forget). They were a touch roomy, so ended up just getting some different insoles with more volume and that seemed to do the trick.

What sizing compromise did you go with on the Specialized? My GF got some for her and it just confirmed that I would struggle even more than her with my sizing. Whenever I look at EU sizing I will see brands say either 46 or 47 for the SAME shoe size in US sizes (~12 for me). So I'm not...

A few I've had over the years. I mostly just get something when they're on sale (and there are crazy good deals if you're patient/lucky). - 5.10 Freerider - grip was good. They were just a touch small, so got ride of them after a seaon - Etnies Camber Crank - fairly stiff and grip was pretty good on the pedals, but they had no grip if you had to do any hiking. I do lots of photography and run around off trail to get interesting shots, and these were scary to hike in. Paid $60cdn at Marshalls for them...

hmmmmmmm.... I never thought about that! same boat of certain DH models discontinuing. I know you can't directly replace the rest of the shoe construction with insoles but dang... definitely can help in the stiffness department.

I think I posted earlier in this thread that I find I need really stiff flat pedal shoes due to low arches. I actually recently found a work-around to that. I put a set of Remind Destin Impact insoles (meant for skateboard shoes) in a pair of Freerider Pros, which normally cause my feet to hurt on rough tracks, and had zero foot pain. I'm pretty stoked on the insoles - it opens up a lot more shoe options for me (especially with the Impact Pro being discontinued). With the Remind insoles, I think I slightly prefer the Freerider Pros...

I hear you on the price, but the conti rears last a lot longer for me than the tacky chans on the rear. So far i've gone thru almost 3 tacky's and the other bike is still on the same conti. Both see similar mileage and both are the softest dh casing tires respectively. So maybe they're actually cheaper if you also get more durability out of them?
