So that is 2500 frames per year if sales are linear, which I'm sure they will not be. Likely something like 500, 2500, 4000. I won't discount cash flows, because I don't need eyes to totally glaze over here (plus have no idea how cash flows would work for this round), but we can do some simple math... So wait, they are turning to the public to try and raise money via issuance of shares? SKETCHY. No prospectus. No income statement. No balance sheet. If it were really an attractive investment some PE firm would have jumped on it. This has all the feelings of a last ditch effort to raise the money they need by swindling the public to be a part of something "disruptive". If I am wrong, they'd be more transparent.
