I own a Chilcotin, which is Knolly’s version of an enduro bike. Little smaller and less aggressive than the Warden all around. The reaches have grown on these models as well which is why they’ve moved to a S2, S3, etc sizing system. As someone who normally rides Large sizes, I went with an S3 which some might call a “Medium” but has the geo of a traditional “Large”. I think you would have been much happier with the 482 reach and the 1277 wheelbase. My bike, while it’s not as aggressive as the Warden is still very much as...

Even based on your graph... going from the '19-20 180mm Fox 36 to a Zeb is only a 9mm difference. Most people have that much or more in spacers under their stems. And it's more likely people will go from a '19-20 180mm Fox 36 to a 38 which is only a 6mm difference... or go from a Lyik to...

Good points... if I'm honest with myself, I'd say it took me a good full year of riding clips to fully regain the same confidence I had in cornering and slow tech gnar. But I know I am a faster racer on clips so I stuck with it. One of the keys for me is using Crank Brothers easy release cleats. I don't seem to have any issues with accidental releases but I can get out really quick when I need to... and I think mentally knowing I'm able to get out quick helps.

As a picky bastard, I’ll say to have a look at that again. In unsupported corners, or where the turn is longer, he drops the outside foot. That’s about the only time it looks like his hips are outside too. He’s otherwise really lined up feet to head, level pedals like you say. All edging, no hedging. F’in amazing riding.

The rear tire I ran previously was a 2.3 DHR2 DD in maxxterra but the increase in rolling speed of the dissector was extremely noticeable. I just put a 2.5 HR2 DD maxxterra back on the rear and rode the same trails in the same conditions the next day and my immediate thought was the HR2 is slower but has more bite and better cornering. The dissector is extremely close to HR2 I would agree and I'm running the HR2 at 26 psi and the dissector was 28 psi. I disagree about the aggressor rolling speed but only because I...

I've ridden a both a 2.4 HR2 and 2.4 DHR2 in EXO maxxterra already AND I always run 28 psi rear with exo casing so that would be an apples to apples comparison (same rim ID as well). My comment simply built on the review it wasn't a complete summary. Anyways, thanks Vital and Jenson!

Great test I thought! Curious how a Dissector in the back with an Assegai on the front would do.

How do you know the guaranteed fairy isn't some crazy glue sniffer... He sneaks into your house once and that's all it takes. Next thing you know, there is money missing off your dresser and your daughter is knocked up! I've seen it a hundred times.
