Not sure, which cranks are you talking about? Is it a DUB spindle? If so, there's a "DUB Wide" standard and a regular DUB. I don't know if they make both these days...maybe you got the wrong one if so. (DUB Wide needs a bunch of spacers BTW...like a 2mm on the non-drive side and a 4mm on the drive side with a pressfit BB92 for example. or 2.5 and 7.5 with GXP BB...so check all that...those are thick spacers, might be what you are missing...)
